Hello I am Michael from Ireland I went to Auschwitz on one of your tours to day Friday 9th sept I must say one of your drivers his name I think it was Martim what a lovely man he was very kind and he look after his guest 100 per cent also our tour guide at Auschwitz was very good his English was very good his name was Michele lovely man done his job very well just want to thank your Tour Company the best of luck ok Regards Michael from Ireland By the way I am staying house also very nice people working there they phoned your company .

Krakow Team, I would like to thank you all for making our trip to Poland, and Auschwitz, an ever lasting memory and one we will treasure. From the initial booking request, the backward and forward mails answering all our questions and agreeing dates, timings, tours available and booking it all for us, was both simple and easy. Your team, from Office staff who initially engage on these discussions, to the drivers who picked us up; Airport to Hotel and on our Tours, can only be viewed as truly professional. Everyone was polite, spoke near on perfect English, were very knowledgeable about the areas we travelled though and made our visit very pleasurable indeed. The most memorable is Peter, our Auschwitz tour driver, his knowledge and friendliness throughout the day made us feel very welcome in your country. We will come back to Krakow and will use your services again, I will be recommending you to my friends and family, any company who goes the extra mile to provide a service as good as yours, deserves our business.

I highly recommend this company. We booked everything through them - airport transfers, Auschwitz tour and salt Mines tour. I echo other reviewers when I say that the company is well run, the vehicles are spotlessly clean and the drivers are friendly,punctual and knowledgeable. Special mention for Tom who took us to Auschwitz. Even my teenage son thought he was \\\"cool\\\".

We had a great experience with you a few weeks ago. We booked a driver from Krakow to Auschwitz (without a tour). Our driver was Peter, who was extremely friendly, funny and informative. We loved talking to him during our drive. He was punctual (even early), drove safely and gave us the best tip of the day -- where to eat lunch at Birkenau!
