I just wanted to send a short email to thank you for all your assistance last weekend. I travelled to Auschwitz on Saturday and the salt mine on Monday. The service Kraków Direct was first class, both drivers were excellent and I will recommend the company to all my friends and will definitely book you again when I return to the beautiful city of Kraków. I\'ve left positive feedback on TripAdvisor, which I\'ve attached below.

Dear Paulina Just a thank you from Karen Clarke and Mark Clarke to your very professional staff on our recent trip to Krakow. We enjoyed our visit very much and we just wanted to let you know that your drivers were very efficient and very nice lovely people.

We were fortunate enough to have a private tour on the 21st of Oct to Auschwitz/Birkenau and Salt Mine with Marteen as our guide. We have traveled and toured all over the world, but none was more enjoyable, informative or pleasant than our adventure with Marteen. Hi Justyna, Just wanted to let you know what a fabulous time we have had in your beautiful city. Please pass our thanks on to all 3 drivers and also, if possible, to the guides we had. Your drivers were always punctual. Lucas, sorry not sure about the spelling, picked us up both on the Wednesday and Thursday and each guide that he chose for us was very knowledgeable and spoke very good English. The amount of information we received was well beyond what we would have learnt if we had just gone around by ourselves or perhaps with a larger group. I will definitely we telling everyone I know who is going to visit Krakow to use your company for any trips.

I had recently been in Krakow for just 3 days in a scientific meeting and I really wanted to know some of the main spots in my (spare) free time. I found krakow direct was the best option considering the pick up at the airport and private transport to the destination. We\\\'ve choose Auschwitz-Birkenau Tour and the driver Mathew was really great and patient. We only had about 3 hours to do all the tour and it was a memorable experience even without the guided tour. I truly recommend KrakowDirect for those who want to visit Krakow.

Hello I am Michael from Ireland I went to Auschwitz on one of your tours to day Friday 9th sept I must say one of your drivers his name I think it was Martim what a lovely man he was very kind and he look after his guest 100 per cent also our tour guide at Auschwitz was very good his English was very good his name was Michele lovely man done his job very well just want to thank your Tour Company the best of luck ok Regards Michael from Ireland By the way I am staying house also very nice people working there they phoned your company .
