Thank you for a great travel to the Salt mines in Krakow. Michael is a fantastic informative and positive man. And his english is fantastic!!! Much better than the guides in Auschwitz, they are not always easy to understand... Have been there 3 times. We will be back

He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and very facilitative towards us throughout the day. He made the day special and memorable for us. Please will you show management and Tom this email. Fantastic, we used them for pick up and drop off from the airport as well as the salt mine tour and Auschwitz, the driver was very informative very helpful and always on time... it has made our visit to Krakow a fantastic easy experience.. A big thank your from all of us..

Both my husband & I felt the experience was fantastic. More importantly, Peter our guide made our day memorable.

We used Krakow Direct for two visits to Krakow and the surrounding area. On the most recent visit, in 2019, we used Krakow Direct for airport transfers, a Czestochowa visit, and a custom-tailored research/trip to Szczawnica and Zacopane to locate relatives. Magda was great in offering us a unique experience and her communications were prompt and detailed. Dominic and Peter were great drivers, offering us historical and current information about the areas visited. I would definitely recommend Krakow Direct, and will use them again on our next trip to Krakow!
