During my trip to Krakow, I booked these two tours on the same day, and the experience truly impressed me. The organization was impeccable: everything was clear, punctual, and handled with great care. The Salt Mines left me speechless, a unique and surprising place. The visit to Auschwitz and Birkenau was intense and moving: the guides accompanied us with great sensitivity, explaining everything with respect and professionalism. Their way of telling the history made the visit profound but always balanced. It is a tour that stays with you, excellently organized and led by truly outstanding guides. I recommend it to anyone who wants to experience these visits with seriousness and awareness.

Mati was a great guide to Auschwitz. He give us lots of information about Krakow and some about the tour on the way there. He looked out for us and hive us lots of tips to make the trip comfortable.

Visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau was one of the most profound experiences of my life. The tour was incredibly well-organized, and our guide Daria spoke with great sensitivity and knowledge. Seeing the remains of the camps in person is heart-wrenching, but it is necessary to understand the scale of the tragedy. It is a somber place of remembrance that everyone should visit at least once to honor the victims and ensure history never repeats itself. Our experience today with our driver Jagoda and private guide Anna was wonderful. Jagoda met us at our hotel promptly at 6.10 and after reminding us to bring our passports, drove us to Auschwitz chatting and showing us a video to set the scene. On arrival, Jagoda got our tickets into Auschwitz, introduced us to Anna and we walked through all the crowds waiting straight to security and within minutes were walking into the entrance tunnel with our guide….amazing. Ann’s was incredibly informed and her quiet respectful narrative was emotive (as you would expect) but despite the busy environment she skilfully took us around both sites in a way that made it seem like we were alone.
