Just got back from my trip to Krakow and just wanted to say a big thank you to all of the staff at Krakow Direct. Your drivers were always on time, polite, friendly and very accomodating. We asked if we could do a stop off on the way back to our hotel after visting the Oskar Schindler museum and our driver was more than happy to oblige. Me and my friends visited the Salt Mine, Oskar Schindler and Auschwitz with your company. All of the tour guides were very knowlegable and it definatley made the trips better than doing them by your self. Would definatlety recommed doing all these tours with a guide. I will definately be reccomending your company to family and friends and if I go back to Krakow again as I\'m sure I will as there was still much more to see I will be using you again. Thank yo

All the trips I booked were amazing and the communication between the staff and drivers with myself was nothing short of outstanding. I will recommend you to everyone I know coming to Poland Krakow. I wanted to thank you and say how impressed I was with the service me and my friend received last week while in Krakow. We took a trip to Auschwitz and also the Schindler Factory afterwards. The service was amazing and we were met by another driver to take us to the factory and he was efficient. I cannot speak highly enough of the fabulous service we received from Krakow Direct last weekend, 14 June 2019. We booked airport transfers, a trip to the salt mines, Auschwitz and the Schindler Museum. They picked us up and returned us to our apartment exactly on schedule and the drivers were knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend Krakow Direct to anyone.

First class service received for transfers from and to airport. Also booked a couple of the tours and all drivers were extremely polite and spoke very good English. Must say a hugh thankyou to Peter our driver for our tour to Auschwitz and schindlers factory who was extremely friendly and gave us so much information and knowledge of Krakow and poland in general during our time spent travelling to the tours 5 star service.

Dear Krakow Direct, Just wanted to send our deepest thanks for making our visit to Krakow so special via your tours. Our short break started with an efficient airport pickup by Thomas. Simon was there on promptly on Friday morning to take us to Auschwitz and the Salt Mines, followed by Tom on the Saturday who took is to the Polish Air Force museum and Schindler’s factory tour. All capped off with Matthew’s transfer back to the airport on Sunday evening! All provided friendly, excellent service using modern comfortable vehicles, well done Krakow Direct!
