I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for making our break truly memorable our first trip we were accompanied by Konrad who was simply a massive asset to your company and his attention to detail was amazing . He was kind and considerate and so very informative throughout the day. I was really impressed and he went out of his way to book us a trip to the salt mine which we had left till the last minute. Our second trip was to the salt mine and Karl accompanied us again really nice professional and informative. Both off these young men are a great asset to your company. Just to say we went on a trip on 11th November to Auschwitz whilst we found harrowing it was most interesting I would appreciate it if you could convey to Michael our thanks for the manner in which he conducted this tour and the knowledge and history he provided us with.

I wanted to thank you and say how impressed I was with the service me and my friend received last week while in Krakow. We took a trip to Auschwitz and also the Schindler Factory afterwards. The service was amazing and we were met by another driver to take us to the factory and he was efficient. I work for TUI a global travel brand and i was so impressed with you guys so thanks so much !!

During our Trip to Krakow we used Krakow direct for; *transfers to and from the airport, * Aushwitz- Birkenau tour. Each of your drivers where polite and very professional and the trip was perfectly organised with great communication throughout right from the initial booking! I would strongly recommend the Auschwitz Birkenau Private tour if you visit Krakow. Peter our driver was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. His enthusiasm about his country was lovely to see not only did he advise on things we learnt a lot about Poland and Auschwitz. Peter added lots of little touches like helping us get in , sort the radio headphones and even got us a lunch so we could eat in his car on the way to the 2nd camp as you only get a 15 min break between the tours. The car was a modern BMW which was comfortable , Peter also drove very professional no speeding etc. We will return to Krakow and request Peter for the Salt Mine tour as well because we run out of time.

Brilliant company use them to go to auschwitz and the salt mines both excellent tours our translate at auschwitz was brilliant there driver where very nice to thank you for our trip
