I have nothing but praise for Krakow Direct and the service they offer: the drivers are courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. They arrived punctually and were as flexible as we needed them to be over extra stops and longer visits at Auschwitz and Birkenau. If that were not enough, their prices are very reasonable too. Jack was especially helpful during our Sunday tour. Thank you also for the offer of help when our travel agent let us down on Friday - it was a worrying time when we had booked and paid for our accommodation only to discover the hotel had closed. Our agent moved us to another hotel without informing us! I will definitely recommend your services to others who are planning a trip to Krakow.
