Our drivers especially Lucas who took us to Auschwitz was brilliant. He was so full of facts and info. The restaurant he recommended and dropped us off to which was the Pod Wawelem was outstanding. KrakowDirect, I just want to send you a little e-mail saying how great your company was for me. Our flight was horrible delayed, and still Tom was waiting for us at the airport as promised. He gave us a quick run down on what we needed to know and also told us that we had picked an OK hotel to stay in. Peter picked us up in the morning for Auswitch and he was great. We had a few chats and he was a really nice guy. Sunday went as planned, although I cannot remember the drivers name. Please pass on our thanks to all of our drivers. I plan on returning to Krakow again and when I do, I will not hesitate to use you guys. you were great, thank you

Would just like to say a quick thank you to you and your staff in particular Martin our driver for the 2 trips we made. Martin is a great guy and a very good considerate driver. Its truely good to see people like Martin who obviously enjoy the job they are doing its a pity that people over here cant be more like Martin. We thoroughly enjoyed both trips and look forward to using you again when we return next year. Once again thanks for all your help.

Just like to say a big thank you for the transfer service that you provided us with on our recent visit to the wonderful city of Krakow, the young man that collected us from the airport was very informative and made us feel very welcome.
