Satisfied is an understatement. From our spacious transit vehicle to our incredibly friendly driver Derik, our experience was an extremely positive one. Thank you for your convenience and friendly services and we will definitely be using you again. 5 stars.

When we landed in Krakow this week we were met by 2 gentlemen from Krakow direct who would take us directly to our hotel. In stead of the bus we ordered - they came with 3 minivans. They explained why and that was ok. We were happy either way. The trip into town went like clockwork and we were unloaded at the doorstep of our new home for 3 days. When we went home again the cars (3 minivans) were waiting for us outside the hotel on the stroke of 6am. All in all an excellent service with polite and smiling drivers, despite some of our groups members testing the drivers patience by arriving a bit late.

First class service received for transfers from and to airport. Also booked a couple of the tours and all drivers were extremely polite and spoke very good English. Must say a hugh thankyou to Peter our driver for our tour to Auschwitz and schindlers factory who was extremely friendly and gave us so much information and knowledge of Krakow and poland in general during our time spent travelling to the tours 5 star service.

Just wanted to say what a fantastic company! We were met at the airport by Derek, who took us to our hotel and arranged where he would pick us up for our Auschwitz trip the following morning. Unfortunately, due to an error on our part we had to move to another hotel, but our relatives back in the UK were able to phone you and rearrange the pick up to our new hotel with no problems. Next day exactly on time Derek arrived to take us on our trip. Along the way he gave us interesting facts about the area and its history in his excellent English. He was smart, attentive, knowledgeable and very friendly. we could not have had a better service . The tour, was informative and very well organised. We will definitely be recommending your services.
