Hi, Just wanted to thank you for the fabulous service we received when we visited Krakow last week. The drivers were extremely efficient and friendly - particularly Martin who spent the day driving us around and was very knowledgeable and accommodating towards us and never got tired of all the questions we kept asking him!! You collected us from the airport on Tuesday 26.10.10 and delivered us to the Ibis. Wednesday 27.10.10 you took us to Auschwitz 1 and 2 and then on to the Salt Mines, that was a long day for us and the driver. Today, Friday 29.10.10, you took us back to the Airport from the Ibis for our flight home. We had a great visit to Krakow which was made easier by using your service. Just to thank you for the Pick up at the airport and return to airport also the electric car tour our drivers wear all very nice friendly and helpful. I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided by your company. All trips were on time and your drivers were courteous and very helpful. It was as shame the Ibis Hotel was not as good, but thats another story. We hope to return next year and will use your firm. I booked on line for the Airport Transfer to Krakow, then arranged the return trip with the driver. An excellent service which I will definitely recommend to friends.

Dear Sir, just to say thank you for the excellent service we received whilst we were in Krakow. Martin who collected us from the Airport was excellent. He pointed out various things which were of interest, and on the full day he was courtesy itself. Also, the young man who collected us from the Hotel to the Airport was also excellent.
