Hi, Just have to write and say a big thank you to Mathew (English version of his name) our driver throughout our trip to Krakow. Also thank you to Peter for all communications on booking our airport transfers/trips to Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum and Schindlers Factory, also Wieliczka Salt Mines. What an excellent service provided by both. We asked Mathew which restaurants he uses and he gave us a choice of three, we chose Pod Wawelem Restaurant, which was delightful and we had a fantastic meal to round off our wonderful trip, please thank Mathew for supplying us with this information. We wish all involved great success for the future and will definitely be recommending your company to ALL our friends who plan trips to Krakow in the future.

Outstanding picked up and drop off on time, given info on the area on the way in. We even had an issue with an hotel change this was no problem made thing very easy dealing with a very professional company, will use on my return next year and highly recommend.

Dear Peter, I just wanted to drop you a note to say that the organisation today was absolutely superb! Peter, the driver was delightful, very efficient and looked after us so well... Richard (I know his name was the Polish equivalent of Richard!!) Was a brilliant guide... He showed us all the important things we needed to see in the time we had, he was very informative and knowledgeable and managed to get us round the camps in plenty of time to get back to get our flight. Thank you to you too for all your hard work in organising it for us.. I know I bombarded you with a few too many emails!! We shall certainly be recommending your company to all our colleagues and friends.

Hi Peter, last year and now this year we have used Krakow direct for all our travel in Poland and when I am arranging a journey it is good to know we are using a company I can trust. We began on Thursday 19 July with your driver collecting us from Krakow airport and taking us to old town square your company then looked after our baggage for 5 hours before collecting us and taking us to Poronin near Zakopane today at 0730 you collected us and took us back to the airport. I do not normally write and thank people but I feel I must as once again your drivers spoke good English told us many things and were in the right place at the right time. See You next Year.
