Peter, we have just returned to the uk today and i just wanted to thank you and your staff for making our trip to krakow run smoothly. It is a credit to the company to employ polite and punctual staff. I will certainly be recommending your company to other people travelling to krakow in the future.

Just a quick thank you for taking good care of me whilst on my recent trip to Krakow. I was lucky enough to have Matthew (sorry cant remember his polish name) he was very helpful when the ATM swallowed my card at the airport, translating with the bank etc. He was a superb driver and guide on my trip to aushwitz. Paul made the bookings with ease and everything went like clock work. I have no hesitation in recommending your business to my friends and family. thanks!

We have now returned to Scotland and greatly enjoyed our brief visit to Poland. Just wanted to say thank you so much for the brilliant tour of the Salt Mine and Schindler\'s Factory in Krakow. My husband and I were picked up in a lovely new car by a super young man, whose English was perfect and who chatted to us during the day, telling us such a lot about Poland and Krakow, which we would never have known if we had been on our own or part of a large coach party. He dropped us at the mine and the factory, bought our tickets, told us how long we would be on each tour, and assured us that if we needed more time, it was not a problem, and he was waiting for us at the car. Would DEFINITELY recommend this company and both tours.

He was very professional and helpful and if I was going to make my own tour company I would be really glad to have him on my staff.
