Hi Peter. I just wanted to let you and your company know how pleased we were with your service in Krakow this week and especially how highly we think of your driver Lukasz Jaros. From the moment he picked us up at the airport to the moment he dropped us of - and with our trip to Auschwitz in between - he was courteous, polite, punctual, friendly, and helpful. His English is excellent and he went out of his way to make us feel at ease in Poland. He took the time to recommend restaurants and jazz clubs and to point out interesting things along the way. He provided us with bottled water and made sure we were always comfortable and safe. This was a working trip for me, one of many I take around the world every year. Wherever I go I employ companies such as yours and drivers such as Lukasz so when I tell you he is exceptional, you should believe me! I shall be posting something on Trip Advisor as well but just wanted to take the time to let you know personally what a fantastic employee you have. Don’t lose him!

We have now come back from a rainy but wonderful trip to your beautiful Krakow. We just want to say thank you to our 3 drivers Peter (from Airport 15/5), Christoffer (Auschwitz tour 16/5) and Matthew (to Airport 18/5). Hi Peter. We\'re home now, from an wonderful trip to beautiful Krakow, and I just wanted to email you to say thanks. The service from you guys was amazing, first class, and people could not have been more helpful. The driver, Peter, who took is to Auschwitz/Birkenau and the Wieliczka Kopalnia soli was fantastic, he made everything so clear and looked after us every step of the way. All was well and we had a great day (as great as such a place can be, anyway!). We hope to return to Krakow at some point, as we didn\'t get to see everything we would have liked to, due to time constraints, and I will definitely use your company again and recommend you to anyone else travelling there.
