Dear Paulina, I wanted to give you a small feedback on the service you provide. I think it is simply excellent, from the booking to the end of my trip everything has been easy and smooth. (the 2 transfers to from the airport and the trip to Auschwitz Schindler\'s factory). The drivers were very professional and kind without interfering at all with the client\'s privacy. They go to the extra mile taking care of all issues to be able to deliver the best service possible. Every moment I felt at ease.

You made it all very easy for us and we very much enjoyed our trip to Krakow and both trips we took with Krakow Direct. Both Martin and Erik were excellent drivers/guides and we learned many things that we did not know from both of them. Hi there. Just a brief \'thank you\' email for the great trip we had provided by yourselves on Monday 27th April 2015 to Auschwitz. Our driver, Martin we think his name was, arrived on time, was very polite and looked after us well throughout the day. I have got to put in writing just how amazing your company made our visit to Krakow (17-20th April 2015). I have never felt so well looked after, the drivers for each of our transfers/tours were punctual and really good drivers too. I need to make special mention of Little John and Chris. They in turn (John)took us to Auschwitz- Birkenau and the Salt Mines and Chris to Schindlers factory. Chris struggled to get us to Schindlers because of the Marathon that meant many of the bridges and streets in Krakow were closed on the Sunday morning but we still managed to get there. I really cannot praise Krakow Direct enough. As a disabled person they were always there ready to get me and my wheelchair into and out of the very disabled friendly vehicle. I really cannot thank everyone enough for the perfect organisation and friendliness of the drivers who could all be tour guides themselves, their knowledge of Krakow being so great and their English absolutely perfect. I have made sure that TripAdvisor has good feedback too.

Morning Paulina, We have been home from Krakow for over a week now and I would just like to say thank you to your company for the great, seamless service you provided during our stay. We met three of your drivers Martin, Peter and Chris and they were all extremely pleasant, helpful, punctual and knowledgeable which enhanced our experience. Dear Peter, We have now returned to the UK from a very successful visit to Krakow. Thank you for your very kind services. Your offices have been extremely efficient in the organisation of our tours. The driver John who was responsible for taking us to the salt mines, Auschwitz/Birkenau and back to the airport was extremely professional in his services. He was punctual, a very good and careful driver and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He is an asset to your company. The guide you arranged for us at Auschwitz/Birkenau was incredible. She was extremely empathetic, sympathetic and knowledgeable. Her name was Kasha. As next generation Jews, that trip was always going to be a difficult one. Both Kasha and John displayed patience, kindness and understanding. Well done Krakow Direct. I shall have no hesitation in recommending you in the future. Thank you.

Dear Peter, We have just returned from Krakow after a wonderful few days and much of that was thanks to all the services that you supplied to us which worked so efficiently. We booked airport transfers, a trip to Auschwitz and a visit to the Salt Mines. All our drivers were punctual, courteous and friendly. They helped make all our visits go without a problem.
