Dear All at Krakow Direct, Sandra and I would like to express our thanks at the professional service we received from your drivers during our airport transfers but most importantly on the tour to Auschwitz. His conscientious driving helped us both relax during the tour – normally both are nervous passengers! So many thanks indeed and do have a good Christmas.

Thank you so much for the wonderful service given by your company. Your drivers are a credit to you, especially Peter who took us to Auschwitz and returned us to the airport. The transfers and trips were all on time and were faultless. Booking was very easy and all prices were made clear. Everything was confirmed by e-mail and we appreciated how easy it was to book everything in advance. Would certainly recommend to anyone visiting Krakow and would certainly use you again.

Turku, 12.12. Dear Peter! Now already I\'ve been at home a couple of days. Surely you\'ve got my greetings, but now I personally will say it again. During our stay in Krakow I convinced tha You are a organizer. All with your cars went so well. Your drivers were very punctual, never delayd, but preferatly some minuts earlier. Always they knew, the way and were that\'s why good guids, too. I highly recommend your firm, whenever I have a situation for it. You can be sure of it. After a long day travelling there couldn\'t have been a better way to arrive, the smiling welcome from your driver and informative chat on the way to the hotel made the airport transfer so much better than using public transport. Hi Peter, just wanted to say that your service is awesome! Jaromir (Yaro as I now know him) was there on time to meet me at the airport and was very informative all the way to Bielsko Biala. His English is as good as mine! The car was very clean and comfortable and was driven very professionally. My return drive was also excellent - Yaro even put up an umbrella for me to walk to the car because it was raining! I would recommend your company to anyone, it really is a first rate service. Many thanks to you and to Yaro for such an enjoyable experience . When I visit again you will definitely be hearing from me for another lift.
