Hi just want to pass on a message to the boss, my dad Gerry mcguckian was on the Auschwitz tour this morninhy an the driver of the bus was called Michael, he said he received excellent friendly service an very informative information from him an that he made his tour brilliant, he was very highly impressed and can't wait to there trip tomorrow to salt mines, thanks again for the excellent service they r recieving, many thanks

We booked the Auschwitz and salt mine tours. Our guide Michael was amazing so knowledgeable and passionate about the history of Poland. He made the trip so enjoyable and went out of his way to make sure we were all comfortable. Picked up on time and dropped off. Thank you Michael for making the day so good for me and my family.

I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for making our break truly memorable our first trip we were accompanied by Konrad who was simply a massive asset to your company and his attention to detail was amazing . He was kind and considerate and so very informative throughout the day. I was really impressed and he went out of his way to book us a trip to the salt mine which we had left till the last minute. Our second trip was to the salt mine and Karl accompanied us again really nice professional and informative. Both off these young men are a great asset to your company. We have just returned from our trip to Kraków, would like to thank you for impeccably service to and from airport and a special mention to Maciej and Conrad who were with us for the trips on Saturday to Auschwitz, Birkenhau and the Salt Mines, very friendly, nothing too much trouble and very helpful throughout the day. I would strongly recommend the Auschwitz Birkenau Private tour if you visit Krakow. Peter our driver was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. His enthusiasm about his country was lovely to see not only did he advise on things we learnt a lot about Poland and Auschwitz. Peter added lots of little touches like helping us get in , sort the radio headphones and even got us a lunch so we could eat in his car on the way to the 2nd camp as you only get a 15 min break between the tours. The car was a modern BMW which was comfortable , Peter also drove very professional no speeding etc. We will return to Krakow and request Peter for the Salt Mine tour as well because we run out of time.

Brilliant company use them to go to auschwitz and the salt mines both excellent tours our translate at auschwitz was brilliant there driver where very nice to thank you for our trip

Hello, I have to give you feedback about out airport transportations and Auschwitz-Birkenau tour. - Guide at tour was excellent & spoke good english - Our drivers were very polite and we had a good conversation with our driver when we arrived. He gave us a lot of good hints for our trip ! Also the tour driver guided us extremely well ! Return back to the airport was fast. All the transportations were on time. Please tell to all your staff to keep on this same attitude in the future too ! We are planning to visit Krakow another time, too, and we are using your services for sure (e.g. salt mine tour and airport transportations) and recommending to the others your company also.

Thank you for a great travel to the Salt mines in Krakow. Michael is a fantastic informative and positive man. And his english is fantastic!!! Much better than the guides in Auschwitz, they are not always easy to understand... Have been there 3 times. We will be back
