Just arrived back at our hotel after our trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau & the salt mines it was a fantastic day & our driver rafael was exceptional he was great thank you so much

Excellent tour service - we booked a last minute private your to auschwitz and the salt mine, our drive Peter was really nice and very knowledgable about Poland. We were collected in the morning and driven to both locations to be met by our tour guide, tickets had already been arranged. Would highly recommend this service, great value for money and you learn a lot!

Dear Krakow Direct I have just returned from my short break in Krakow. We booked Krakow direct for both the Airport Transfers, and our trip to Auschwitz and the Salt mine. I cannot recommend krakow Direct enough, what a fantastic company. All three drivers, were smart informative ,on time, polite, helpful, the office staff were helpful, even helped us when we had a problem with our travel agent. Dear all We had a very special trip last Friday. Our driver Michael and the man giving the talk at the extermination camps was of a very high standard and the Salt Mine at the end was fascinating. The visit to the camps was an intense experience but we felt we owed it to those who had died so horribly. Our driver was very patient in the Friday night traffic and kept a close eye on all his group. Thank you for a very special trip.

We booked the Auschwitz and salt mine tours. Our guide Michael was amazing so knowledgeable and passionate about the history of Poland. He made the trip so enjoyable and went out of his way to make sure we were all comfortable. Picked up on time and dropped off. Thank you Michael for making the day so good for me and my family.

We have just returned from our trip to Kraków, would like to thank you for impeccably service to and from airport and a special mention to Maciej and Conrad who were with us for the trips on Saturday to Auschwitz, Birkenhau and the Salt Mines, very friendly, nothing too much trouble and very helpful throughout the day. I would strongly recommend the Auschwitz Birkenau Private tour if you visit Krakow. Peter our driver was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. His enthusiasm about his country was lovely to see not only did he advise on things we learnt a lot about Poland and Auschwitz. Peter added lots of little touches like helping us get in , sort the radio headphones and even got us a lunch so we could eat in his car on the way to the 2nd camp as you only get a 15 min break between the tours. The car was a modern BMW which was comfortable , Peter also drove very professional no speeding etc. We will return to Krakow and request Peter for the Salt Mine tour as well because we run out of time.
