Dear Paulina I would like to thank you for your help with the airport transfer to the hotel & the excursion to Auschwitz/Birkenau. It was very easy to find the driver, Lucas, at the airport on arrival. He was friendly and brought me to the hotel in no while. I was supposed that he knew that I would have a visit to Auschwitz with KrakowDirect on 16th November as well. Also about the excursion trip to Auschwitz/Birkenau I was very enthusiatic. Very good, friendly and helpful driver, Yaro. He spoke English very well and explained us everything so it was easy to find and to do everything. The guide at Auschwitz/Birkenau was perfect! He gave us a lot of information and had the time to do the excursion. So thank you very much to have given me a wonderful time in Krakau & surroundings.

We thought we should contact you to say how much we enjoyed our holiday in Krakow and the way your company contributed to this. We booked airport transfers and trips to the Salt Mines and Auschwitz. We had different drivers each time and all of them looked after us, they were punctual, polite and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our journey with your company. After both tours they asked if we wanted dropping off anywhere or whether we would like to be taken to our hotel.

Hi Justyna, Just wanted to let you know what a fabulous time we have had in your beautiful city. Please pass our thanks on to all 3 drivers and also, if possible, to the guides we had. Your drivers were always punctual. Lucas, sorry not sure about the spelling, picked us up both on the Wednesday and Thursday and each guide that he chose for us was very knowledgeable and spoke very good English. The amount of information we received was well beyond what we would have learnt if we had just gone around by ourselves or perhaps with a larger group. I will definitely we telling everyone I know who is going to visit Krakow to use your company for any trips.

I had recently been in Krakow for just 3 days in a scientific meeting and I really wanted to know some of the main spots in my (spare) free time. I found krakow direct was the best option considering the pick up at the airport and private transport to the destination. We\\\'ve choose Auschwitz-Birkenau Tour and the driver Mathew was really great and patient. We only had about 3 hours to do all the tour and it was a memorable experience even without the guided tour. I truly recommend KrakowDirect for those who want to visit Krakow.
