Dear Peter, We have now returned to the UK from a very successful visit to Krakow. Thank you for your very kind services. Your offices have been extremely efficient in the organisation of our tours. The driver John who was responsible for taking us to the salt mines, Auschwitz/Birkenau and back to the airport was extremely professional in his services. He was punctual, a very good and careful driver and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He is an asset to your company. The guide you arranged for us at Auschwitz/Birkenau was incredible. She was extremely empathetic, sympathetic and knowledgeable. Her name was Kasha. As next generation Jews, that trip was always going to be a difficult one. Both Kasha and John displayed patience, kindness and understanding. Well done Krakow Direct. I shall have no hesitation in recommending you in the future. Thank you.

Dear Peter, We have just returned from Krakow after a wonderful few days and much of that was thanks to all the services that you supplied to us which worked so efficiently. We booked airport transfers, a trip to Auschwitz and a visit to the Salt Mines. All our drivers were punctual, courteous and friendly. They helped make all our visits go without a problem. When you have only a few precious days holiday to visit somewhere, it is important that things go smoothly if possible and your services certainly ensured that. We will put a comment on Trip Advisor and will have no hesitation in recommending you to friends. With thanks for helping make this such a memorable and outstanding visit to Krakow for us.

Thank you to all your drivers who took us to and from the airport to hotel Santi on 29th March and 1st April. They were very polite. Especially thanks to Chris who took us to Auschwitz and the salt mines on Tuesday. He was very informative, helpful and polite and nothing was too much trouble.

Dear Paulina, Thank you to you and your drivers on our recent trip to Krakow. We had a fantastic time and all the drivers we had were friendly, full of so much information and their English was excellent. Please pass on our thanks to Peter & Lucas who took us to Auschwitz then the Salt mines on Friday, Peter that drove us from the Puro Hotel on Sunday back to the airport and the driver who\'s name I have forgotten who collected us from the airport to the Puro Hotel last Thursday. We loved Krakow and we will hopefully be back in the not too distance future. We will definitely use your company the next time.

Hello Peter, I would just like to take this time to thank you and your company for making mine and my partners trip to Krakow absolutely fabulous. We booked not only the salt mine and Auschwitz tours but our airport transfers to and back. I would like to congratulate you on such an amazing company, We arrived the Friday and Lucas ( tall blonde man) was our driver what a pleasant and friendly gentleman. He was very helpful and gave us wonderful recommendations. On Saturday we had Peter drive us for the day and what a pleasure it was meeting him. He was so filled with joy and an abundant of information no questions went unanswered he went over and beyond to make us happy and pleased. For that we are so grateful. He was an excellent driver and an absolute pleasure of a man. He was the highlight of our trip and gave us amazing recommendations of what to eat and booked us a lovely table at a restaurant for typical polish cuisine. Cherry vodka is an appetizing drink after a long day and I thank him for his wonderful gift. Out Driver back to the airport Marcus (sorry if I have named the men wrong) was so nice and polite he gave us more information about other tours your company do and we will sure to be coming back and using your company again. I would recommend your company to anyone who asks. Your a 5 star company and have made our holiday an absolute pleasure so I thank you and all the guys who made this possible. You can be very proud of your team as they hold your companies name high. Again I would like to say thank you and good job it was such a pleasure.

Hi Peter, I would like to say how much we all appreciated the trip we took on Thursday, you were a wealth of knowledge and a pleasure, nothing was too difficult or awkward for you, you catered for everything we needed. The 2 guides you arranged for us at Auschwitz and Salt Mine were the best we could have had, extremely good at their jobs and very pleasing on the eye ☺. Hi Peter. Now back in the uk, would like to thank you for the amazing service given to us during our stay in Kraków. Special thanks go to yourself for organising everything ,and to Martin and Peter for Auschwitz and salt mines tours and for transfer this sorry name not known of this driver. It made the 4 days we were there an absolute pleasure. We will say the same on trip advisor so hopefully you will get the number one spot.

Dear Paulina, I would like to thank you on behalve of our entire family. We had a lovely time in Cracow but most of all our transfers, trips, drivers and guides were more than great. Hi Peter/Paulina. Just a quick message to say thank you for the great service provided by your company for our stay in Kraków. The pick up from and to the airport was great. The trip to Auschwitz and the Salt Mines also something we will never forget but fantastic service on being picked up, the swap over for the salt mine and dropping us back to the hotel. Can you please thank Peter and Lucas who drove us on the Auschwitz and Salt Mine tour, they were great with explaining a lot about Kraków, Poland and Auschwitz and the Salt Mines before we got there which was great. They were also very polite and kind. Could you also pass me the names of the driver who picked us up from the airport and the person who took us to the airport for our return flight as we also want to thank them on our trip advisor review, which as you can guess will be very good for your company. Thank you for a great service and we will definitely use you again when we return to Poland in the future. We loved Kraków and all 4 of us believed it to be one the best cities we have visited with so much too see and do. We are hoping for a return again next year and if so we will let you know and definitely use you again.
