Many thanks to the K.D. team for delivering outstanding service on our recent trip to Krakow. Your drivers were polite, always on time and ensured everything went to plan. The tours to Auschwitz & the Salt Mine were professionally organised with your drivers ensuring everything went very smoothly. This is probably the best pick up and tour service I have experienced and would highly recommend you to anyone travelling to the Krakow area.

Late yesterday we arrived home from Krakow after choosing Krakow Direct to take us to Auschwitz Birkenau & the salt mines. Everything was organised to perfection the drivers & time keeping was excellent and all the guides were top class especially Sebastian at the salt mines. Thank you for making our trip very special.

Hi We booked a number of tours and taxi pickups through you. All of you taxis arrived on time , all of your drivers were courteous and helpful . We visited the Salt Mines and talking to other tourists we were fortunate to have Sebastian as the guide .

Just returned from Kraków where we were picked up from airport, taken on a full day tour of auschwitz, birkenau and the salt mines then taken back to the airport. Over the three days we used your company it was fabulous and each driver was very polite and very friendly. Hi Peter / Paulina. Apologies for the delay as I have now been home for a month, however, I just wanted to write you a quick e-mail to say thank you very much for your excellent service. You made it all very easy for us and we very much enjoyed our trip to Krakow and both trips we took with Krakow Direct. Both Martin and Erik were excellent drivers/guides and we learned many things that we did not know from both of them. Thank you all once again, I wish you a successful summer season and I will not hesitate to recommend your company to anybody I know who goes to Krakow.

I have got to put in writing just how amazing your company made our visit to Krakow (17-20th April 2015). I have never felt so well looked after, the drivers for each of our transfers/tours were punctual and really good drivers too. I need to make special mention of Little John and Chris. They in turn (John)took us to Auschwitz- Birkenau and the Salt Mines and Chris to Schindlers factory. Chris struggled to get us to Schindlers because of the Marathon that meant many of the bridges and streets in Krakow were closed on the Sunday morning but we still managed to get there. I really cannot praise Krakow Direct enough. As a disabled person they were always there ready to get me and my wheelchair into and out of the very disabled friendly vehicle. I really cannot thank everyone enough for the perfect organisation and friendliness of the drivers who could all be tour guides themselves, their knowledge of Krakow being so great and their English absolutely perfect. I have made sure that TripAdvisor has good feedback too.
