Turku, 12.12. Dear Peter! Now already I\'ve been at home a couple of days. Surely you\'ve got my greetings, but now I personally will say it again. During our stay in Krakow I convinced tha You are a organizer. All with your cars went so well. Your drivers were very punctual, never delayd, but preferatly some minuts earlier. Always they knew, the way and were that\'s why good guids, too. I highly recommend your firm, whenever I have a situation for it. You can be sure of it. Many thanks and say my regards to the drivers, too.

Your driver Peter (I think his wife was Marianne and he had a young son) was excellent, a great ambassador for Poland and the City of Kracow, He made our first visit to Kracow a most memorable and joyous one. Giving us the benefit of all his knowledge throughout our journeys. Also, the Guides we were with were excellent. Especially, the one at Auschwitz which must be very hard for him to explain all the horrors there. Once again Peter thanks, we will recommend your company to out friends as well as on trip advisor.

Hi! Just a quick note to say that one of the highlights of our recent holiday in Poland was the service received from your team. After a long day travelling there couldn\'t have been a better way to arrive, the smiling welcome from your driver and informative chat on the way to the hotel made the airport transfer so much better than using public transport. I couldn\'t have imagined how we\'d have managed the Auschwitz visit under our own steam and the whole visit was conducted in a very professional and dignified manner. Hi Peter, I would like to say how much we enjoyed or trip to Krakow last weekend. What made it all the more special was your wonderful driver Peter! He made our trip to Auschwitz and the Salt Mine such an enjoyable day. Nothing was too much trouble for him he was great! I have used your company before when I visited Krakow with my Husband a couple of years ago and we were equally as pleased then. He was excellent and his manner was perfectly judged for the tour; respectful, dignified, informative, sensitive and knowledgable. It was a very difficult trip to make and proved almost unbearably harrowing, but we felt that it was worthwhile and that we had to pay our respects whilst in Krakow. A memorable day, which was very well facilitated by Krakow Direct.

Hi Peter, just wanted to say that your service is awesome! Jaromir (Yaro as I now know him) was there on time to meet me at the airport and was very informative all the way to Bielsko Biala. His English is as good as mine! The car was very clean and comfortable and was driven very professionally. My return drive was also excellent - Yaro even put up an umbrella for me to walk to the car because it was raining! I would recommend your company to anyone, it really is a first rate service. Many thanks to you and to Yaro for such an enjoyable experience . When I visit again you will definitely be hearing from me for another lift.

Hi Peter, I just want to say what a fab driver Matt was on Sunday. We were so impressed with the great service and loved how he shared so much information with us. He is an asset to your company. On Saturday the group we were travelling (Kiwi Master Walkers) with used your company to take us to the Salt Mines and Lukas was the driver. He was wonderful too. We have left Krakow with great memories and loved the wonderful people we met.

Just want to say thank you for the recent tours that we have had with your company when in krakow, the drivers were knowledgeable, efficient and always on time but above all they were nice people. Krakow is a beautiful city and we shall certainly be back.

Our flight was delayed and the driver determined our arrival time without us having to keep up with it. We were picked up on time at the airport and taken to Czestochowa in May, 2013. Our driver, Marcin, was very informatiive, helpful, friendly and courteous. He was most gracious in attending to all our needs. I highly recommend the services provided.

Good evening ,My partner and I have now arrived back in the UK ( wish we were back in Krakow). We just wanted to say a big thank you for the service provided - it was excellent from start to finish. On Monday- Lucas was our driver for the Salt Mine tour. On Tuesday - Peter was our designated driver and he accompanied us to Auschwitz-Birkenhau. The drivers were prompt, friendly and very professional. The vehicles were spotless and comfortable. A special thanks to Peter who was with us for most of the day when we visited the camps. He spoke excellent english and was very well informed about the local area. Nothing was too much trouble and both drivers kept us updated on journey times and the schedule for each of the trips. I will be recommending Krakow Direct to others and will definitely use the service again when returning to your beautiful city.

I would just like to thank you to you and your drivers for a fab time. We had Martin, Lucas and I am afraid I have forgotten the last one whom picked us up from our hotel (Chopin) on Monday at 9.20. They were all lovely young men whom were helpful, friendly and extremely informative. My husband and I visited Krakow at the beginning of August 2013. From our airport transfer to our excursions arranged efficiently through Crystal Suites we were very impressed with the service and professionalism of the staff of Krakow Direct. In particular we would like to make mention of Marcin Nazimek who took us on an unforgettable trip to Zakopane. Marcin was informative, warm and friendly, an excellent guide and driver, who went out of his way explaining sights and history and stopping at places of interest and showing us the wonderful sights of Zakopane. An intelligent, well mannered young man who made our trip one of the highlights of our visit to beautiful Polska, Marcin is an asset to your company. My husband and I went to Krakow for 4 days. I researched tours online. Based on the excellent reviews we chose Krakow Direct. We were NOT disappointed. The booking online was easy. Peter picked us up at our hotel. He was very prompt and friendly. He is very knowledgeable and went out of his way to give us a great experience. We enjoyed his company and the service was perfect, so much so that we asked if he could take us to the airport the next morning. Even though it was last minute and very early (4:50am), he did so and was punctual. We would HIGHLY recommend Krakow Direct for all tours and airport transports.
