Hi Justyna, Just wanted to let you know what a fabulous time we have had in your beautiful city. Please pass our thanks on to all 3 drivers and also, if possible, to the guides we had. Your drivers were always punctual. Lucas, sorry not sure about the spelling, picked us up both on the Wednesday and Thursday and each guide that he chose for us was very knowledgeable and spoke very good English. The amount of information we received was well beyond what we would have learnt if we had just gone around by ourselves or perhaps with a larger group. I will definitely we telling everyone I know who is going to visit Krakow to use your company for any trips.

Amazing! Our driver was Michael and he arranged everything for us. Transport from and to the airport and our day in Auswitz and the Salt Mines. He was so nice and even helped us with contacting our residence

I highly recommend this company. We booked everything through them - airport transfers, Auschwitz tour and salt Mines tour. I echo other reviewers when I say that the company is well run, the vehicles are spotlessly clean and the drivers are friendly,punctual and knowledgeable. Special mention for Tom who took us to Auschwitz. Even my teenage son thought he was \\\"cool\\\".

We stayed in Krakow from April 2 till April 7. The service received from KrakowDirect ( airport transfers plus visit to Auschwitz and Saltmine) was simply VERY GOOD !

Hello, Just a quick note to inform you we really did enjoy your Auschwitz - Birkenau - Saltmine tour we participated last week. Most friendly driver and exquisite tour guides on field! Both guides were that much involved so that their way of explaining the facts did leave lots of impressions and things to think about. You could hear and feel that they did the guiding with their heart and it was far from just being a story they were telling for the 100th time... It did feel like every word they spoke touched them as much as it did to us!! Therefore I would appreciate if you were able you give our many thanks to Beata, who guided us through the Saltmine, and to the gentleman who took us on such an intriguing tour through Auschwitz and Birkenau.
