We thought we should contact you to say how much we enjoyed our holiday in Krakow and the way your company contributed to this. We booked airport transfers and trips to the Salt Mines and Auschwitz. We had different drivers each time and all of them looked after us, they were punctual, polite and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our journey with your company. After both tours they asked if we wanted dropping off anywhere or whether we would like to be taken to our hotel.

I just wanted to send a short email to thank you for all your assistance last weekend. I travelled to Auschwitz on Saturday and the salt mine on Monday. The service Kraków Direct was first class, both drivers were excellent and I will recommend the company to all my friends and will definitely book you again when I return to the beautiful city of Kraków. I\'ve left positive feedback on TripAdvisor, which I\'ve attached below.

We were fortunate enough to have a private tour on the 21st of Oct to Auschwitz/Birkenau and Salt Mine with Marteen as our guide. We have traveled and toured all over the world, but none was more enjoyable, informative or pleasant than our adventure with Marteen. He is truly golden and KrakowDirect.com was absolutely the correct choice!

Hi Justyna, Just wanted to let you know what a fabulous time we have had in your beautiful city. Please pass our thanks on to all 3 drivers and also, if possible, to the guides we had. Your drivers were always punctual. Lucas, sorry not sure about the spelling, picked us up both on the Wednesday and Thursday and each guide that he chose for us was very knowledgeable and spoke very good English. The amount of information we received was well beyond what we would have learnt if we had just gone around by ourselves or perhaps with a larger group. I will definitely we telling everyone I know who is going to visit Krakow to use your company for any trips.

Amazing! Our driver was Michael and he arranged everything for us. Transport from and to the airport and our day in Auswitz and the Salt Mines. He was so nice and even helped us with contacting our residence

I highly recommend this company. We booked everything through them - airport transfers, Auschwitz tour and salt Mines tour. I echo other reviewers when I say that the company is well run, the vehicles are spotlessly clean and the drivers are friendly,punctual and knowledgeable. Special mention for Tom who took us to Auschwitz. Even my teenage son thought he was \\\"cool\\\".

We stayed in Krakow from April 2 till April 7. The service received from KrakowDirect ( airport transfers plus visit to Auschwitz and Saltmine) was simply VERY GOOD !
