I would like to thank both drivers we had during our stay in Kraków. They were very polite and helpful. The driver who took us to Katowice airport had a terrible journey because of a traffic accident but he still managed to get us there on time.

Hi to all the staff at krakow direct I want to give a big thank you to this company I book for the first time to krakow and used this company what a service. From the start emails where clear in all information I book transfares from the airport to hotel and return and also a trip to auschwitz- birkenau tour all spot on krakow direct are one of thee best tour company I went with . The drives were friendly and chat away about the city and made us feel relax in a new city the tour we had book the driver was on time like the drives on are transfares the tour drive was 11/2 drive away and christopher chat and explained what we were driving past explaining al the history of krawkow really enjoyed the on the way to auschwtz . Christopher help as show us were to go and waited until the first tour was over to take us to the second tour . A big thank you to krakow direct and we planing are second trip soon and I will be booking again with this company

We are nearing the end of a six day trip to Kraków and one of our highlights was our trip to Auschwitz - Birkenau with your fantastic company. We booked trips to Auscwitz - Birkenau and the salt mines with you via email eight weeks ago. The service we received was incredible! The drivers were prompt, friendly and efficient. A particular highlight was our private tour of Auschwitz - Birkenau. This is such a difficult trip but our driver Peter and private guide Evelina were amazing. Their knowledge and passion for their professions was unbelievable! They made this trip so worthwhile and informative. We will be telling everyone about this brilliant company and recommending it to everyone back home in Ireland. We hope we have the pleasure of using this fantastic company again in the future.

Dear Sirs, Last week we spent an enjoyable seven days in Krakow. Our enjoyment was greatly enhanced by your drivers and the efficiency of your Company. Our accommodation provider recommended another Company for our airport transfers. This Company failed to respond to our emails. I then found Krakow Direct on the internet and you responded to my email in twenty minutes. We then booked the transfers and tours to Auschwitz, Nova Huta and, after arrival, Zakapone. Whilst Auschwitz can never be enjoyable, your driver made sure that we experienced the day in the best possible way. For the Nova Huta tour we also had a guide who was excellent and made our visit most interesting. Our final, additional tour, to Zakapone was a beautiful day which your driver helped us make the most of. Cars were comfortable; drivers pleasant, helpful and punctual and with excellent spoken English. They are a credit to your Company. Whilst we are now retired, I spent over forty years in the travel industry, much of it arranging tours I am, therefore, well-qualified to judge your efficiency and service. Thank you and your staff once again.

I don\'t normally write reviews but having booked a trip and airport return trip with your company, I feel I have to praise everyone involved. Peter and David picked us up 15 minutes early. Peter was one of the most pleasant and informative guides I have met during many trips. He went above and beyond the duty of a tour guide. Cannot praise him enough - thank you! Late yesterday we arrived home from Krakow after choosing Krakow Direct to take us to Auschwitz Birkenau & the salt mines. Dear Krakowdirect, I am writing to tell you how wonderful your team was while we were in Krakow. We were picked up in Budapest in two nice vans and drove to Krakow. The drivers were excellent drivers and very enjoyable to be around. They arrived at our arranged pickup at the Kiscelli Methodist Church 15 minutes early which I was so glad that they were prompt. Dealing with all our luggage they had patience and a good sense of humor. The next day we were picked up for our tour to Auschwitz in a nice bus and the driver again was wonderful. Our guide at Auschwitz was very knowledgeable and took her time with us and all our questions. After the tour we all were hungry and the driver suggested a great Polish restaurant. It took a lot longer than we expected but he was great and in no hurry. I cannot begin to express how pleased I was with your service. The mission team was so grateful for your service and we will definitely recommend your company and in the future use your services again.
