I would like to thank KrakowDirect for an excellent tour of the Salt Mines and Aushwitz-Birkanau and walking Tour of Krakow.Especially thanks to Paulina for the friendly e-mails and information prior to the tour.Our driver Piotr Maciag was an excellent and well read professional who was very conversant in English and showed great character through out. He was polite , very friendly and cooperative to meet our needs.Anna our guide at Aushwitz was very professional indeed and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the Aushwitz complex.Our walking tour guide Anna also was very friendly and conciderate. Thank you for such excellent service. Superb staff and we felt well looked after both on our airport transfer and on todays trip to the salt mines with Martin who was so interesting to talk to. Both gentlemen were informative, polite and welcoming.

My mum and I have just returned from our trip to Krakow and would like to thank you so much for your service. We have never visited Krakow before and your staff/company ensured we will visit again. We booked two perfect organized tours (Auschwitz and Saltmines). Friendly driver, perfect guides and with great service. We recommend KrakowDirect !!

I booked the two camps and salt mines with yourselves and was very impressed with the complete tour from start to finish. We were collected from our hotel then stopped for dinner at a traditional Polish restaurant before going to the salt mines. Driver was very friendly and helpful and even asked us were we wanted to be dropped off at the end of the tour. Overall we had a very enjoyable experience seeing the sights and history of Poland.
