I would like to thank KrakowDirect for an excellent tour of the Salt Mines and Aushwitz-Birkanau and walking Tour of Krakow.Especially thanks to Paulina for the friendly e-mails and information prior to the tour.Our driver Piotr Maciag was an excellent and well read professional who was very conversant in English and showed great character through out. He was polite , very friendly and cooperative to meet our needs.Anna our guide at Aushwitz was very professional indeed and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the Aushwitz complex.Our walking tour guide Anna also was very friendly and conciderate. My mum and I have just returned from our trip to Krakow and would like to thank you so much for your service. We have never visited Krakow before and your staff/company ensured we will visit again.
