Wow what a service, professional, efficient, friendly and the transport was clean. We booked our hotel transfers through Jet2 and it was Krakow Direct that were waiting for us. It was the same for our return. We also booked Auschwitz & the Salt Mines through external service and again it was KD who did the transfers. Waiting time for them is non-existent as they are at the pick up points waiting for you. Fantastic service and I would highly recommend them.

Booked airport transfer via krakow direct. Our driver was courteous, on time, smart, and had a very clean car. Ten out of ten, will definitely use again should we return to Krakow, Thank you.

Arrived late Sunday, met Gregor P at the airport, very attentive, thoughtful and caring. Short walk to the car, very knowledgeable and provided useful tips for the excursions ! Talked all the way to the hotel and even walked with us, when he parked to make sure we arrived safely

Extremely happy with the service! We’ve used the Krakow Direct airport transfer service and it was a stress free, and overall pleasant experience. Although landed slightly early, the driver was already waiting for us at the arrivals. I can only assume the company has some type of priority parking at krakow airport as the car was parked literally right at the entrance to the car park so very short walk; our driver Gregor P has kindly helped with suitcases too. The car was brand new so we had a very comfortable journey to our final destination. We made our reservation through bookings.com but next time will definitely try reaching out directly to make sure we get the same level of service

Despite our flight delay from Amsterdam, super good service from Gregory. He told us a lot about Krakow and our next stop Zakopane during the trip to our hotel. Excellent service. Thank you

The service was amazing, and cannot fault it at all!! Myself and my husband did the Auschwitz and salt mine tour which we highly recommend if you are wanting to get the most out of Krakow. The staff are very friendly, and very helpful. They picked us up from outside out apartment and takes you to the coach in the morning, from there our great host/ Driver was very helpful and showed us the sites. The ladies we had giving our tours were very knowledgeable and friendly. The salt mine is a must see!! Incredible trip xx we had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely book with Krakow direct and the communication (telephone) with them is great. Thank you and hope to see you again next year. We booked a private tour through our hotel, our tour guide/driver was named Bartek, we couldn’t thank him enough for making our trip to Zakopane amazing! Very kind and educational. This man went above and beyond to help us understand the history of Poland and helped with recommendations of local food and drinks. Such a lovely gentleman a credit to your company. So thank you so much.

Picked up from our hotel by a delightful young man named Casper who drove us to the airport. He was extremely friendly, polite and engaging - a lovely way to end our trip to Krakow!

Couldn’t fault any parts of this service. All airport transfers, transfers to different tours and simple assistance was second to none. Fantastic service. We were collected from krakow airport and brought to Zakopane. They were waiting for us in the airport and couldn’t have been more helpful. Correct carseats ready for our children. They stopped at the shop for us to get milk for our baby. On return home, they collected us from zakopane and brought us to Auschwitz and waited for us while we did the tour. They then took us to krakow airport. They were always on time and so helpful, stopping for us when the children needed to use the toilet etc. Pointing out interesting things along the way of the journey like famous towns and telling us about them. Just got back from my trip to Krakow and just wanted to say a big thank you to all of the staff at Krakow Direct. Your drivers were always on time, polite, friendly and very accomodating. We asked if we could do a stop off on the way back to our hotel after visting the Oskar Schindler museum and our driver was more than happy to oblige. Me and my friends visited the Salt Mine, Oskar Schindler and Auschwitz with your company. All of the tour guides were very knowlegable and it definatley made the trips better than doing them by your self. Would definatlety recommed doing all these tours with a guide. I booked a trip to Auschwitz and Salt mine in one day and was very impressed with our driver who not only made sure we were well informed as to how the day would progress but also made sure we were in the correct queues for our tours. I used company to help me organise many events during discovering Krakow together with my 62 colleagues from Denmark. Transfers from the airport, visit Auschwitz, visit Salt Mine, river trip, Jewish district, Wawel etc. Everything was perfect!!!! Guide Kamil deserved 5* from all of us. Full professionalism!!! Hi, I hope you are all well, I had some transfers and 2 trips booked with you which I originally booked in March 2020 which was cancelled twice and rebooked. Well we finally got Poland on 31-10-2021 I would just like to say a massive thank you for your service, both transfers and trips was perfect. The 2 drivers who picked us up from the airport and took us back was very pleasant and helpful and very prompt. Zarezerwowałem samochód na lotnisko w Balicach dla moich studentów z Chin. Kierowca czekał na hali przylotów z odpowiednim napisem, co ułatwiło studentom jego rozpoznanie. Cała procedura zamawiania transportu przebiegała w bardzo dobrej atmosferze, skutecznie i z ogromną cierpliwością w stosunku do klientów. We had booked 2 excursions outside Krakow with you via our hotel Amber Boutique Hotel and I wanted to tell you that we were very satisfied with your services. First of all, we went to AUSCHWITZ-BIRKENAU on July 2nd. The driver-guide picked us up on time in front of our hotel. I don't remember his name but he was extremely kind all the day. We had all the necessary explanations during the journey and at our arrival on site. For the second reservation, we went to mine salt the next day, July 03. And, good surprise, we were alone in the mini-bus with our driver. Mike was great and managed very well the mishaps we encountered on the road (accident on the way with intervention of the emergency services and helicopter) and thanks to him we were able to make the visit at the scheduled time. Just wanted to thank you for the tour and in particular wanted to mention Michael who drive us there and back. He was very friendly and helpful, explaining everything clearly about where to go on arrival and departure. He also gave us extra information in addition to the video that was played on the way there. He did this in a way that was respectful to the nature of the visit but was also positive.

Raphael who drove for us to Zakopane ~ he was so patient with all of us, accommodating our multiple toilet stops and allowing us to change our itinerary last minute.
