Following the Trail of the Eagles’ Nests during our private tour with a private guide is a unique opportunity to learn about the history and architecture of medieval Poland and admire the picturesque landscapes of the Krakow-Czestochowa Upland. The Eagle Nests Trail is one of the most popular tourist routes in Poland, not without reason. During our 9-hour trip, you’ll discover impressive limestone rocks and valleys, you will also see some of the most beautiful Polish medieval castles. All in one day!  We will set up the pickup time based on the hour You have requested and fit it into the entry time options to the castles to make It as comfortable for You as possible.

On our Trail of the Eagles’ Nests Tour, you will see:

Pieskowa Skała – a 14th-century Renaissance castle founded by Polish most powerful King Casimir III the Great

Ogrodzieniec Castel –  located on a 515m hill and dating back to the 13th century

Rabsztyn –  ruins of a Gothic castle which history dates back to the 13th century

Sztoła valley – a quiet, not crowded valley. With beautiful landscapes

Ojcow National Park – with the famous limestone stack “Bludgeon of Hercules” and numerous  limestone cliffs and ravines

Bledowska Deser – central Europe’s unique largest accumulation of loose sand

Our guide for our Auschwitz & Birkenau trip promptly arrived for us at 8.15 and introduced himself as Micheal. Our tours went very smoothly and Micheal explained everything in great detail as we moved from building to building in Auschwitz and on the grounds of Birkenau. We had a great day with Micheal, nicknamed Walker.

Wow what a service, professional, efficient, friendly and the transport was clean. We booked our hotel transfers through Jet2 and it was Krakow Direct that were waiting for us. It was the same for our return. We also booked Auschwitz & the Salt Mines through external service and again it was KD who did the transfers. Waiting time for them is non-existent as they are at the pick up points waiting for you. Fantastic service and I would highly recommend them.

Booked airport transfer via krakow direct. Our driver was courteous, on time, smart, and had a very clean car. Ten out of ten, will definitely use again should we return to Krakow, Thank you.

Arrived late Sunday, met Gregor P at the airport, very attentive, thoughtful and caring. Short walk to the car, very knowledgeable and provided useful tips for the excursions ! Talked all the way to the hotel and even walked with us, when he parked to make sure we arrived safely

Extremely happy with the service! We’ve used the Krakow Direct airport transfer service and it was a stress free, and overall pleasant experience. Although landed slightly early, the driver was already waiting for us at the arrivals. I can only assume the company has some type of priority parking at krakow airport as the car was parked literally right at the entrance to the car park so very short walk; our driver Gregor P has kindly helped with suitcases too. The car was brand new so we had a very comfortable journey to our final destination. We made our reservation through bookings.com but next time will definitely try reaching out directly to make sure we get the same level of service

Despite our flight delay from Amsterdam, super good service from Gregory. He told us a lot about Krakow and our next stop Zakopane during the trip to our hotel. Excellent service. Thank you
