We just wanted to thank KrakowDirect for the excellent service provided during our trip to Krakow last week. Our driver Martin spoke perfect English, and as well as driving the car he was our city guide and history teacher. He really worked hard each day to make our trip as interesting and well informed as possible, and this was much more than we expected. Please congratulate Martin for the great level of service he provided.

I have just returned from Krakow, and wanted to thank Krakow Direct for making it sure an enjoyable trip. We used the service for pick up / drop off to the airport and for a trip to Auschwitz and the salt mines. Each time the drivers were early, very polite, and professional. I had also checked out other tours to Auschwitz and Krakow Direct were cheaper than other companies.

I have nothing but praise for Krakow Direct and the service they offer: the drivers are courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. They arrived punctually and were as flexible as we needed them to be over extra stops and longer visits at Auschwitz and Birkenau. If that were not enough, their prices are very reasonable too.
