Just a quick note to let you know that I was very pleased with all aspects of my dealings with Krakow Direct last week on my visit to Krakow and Auschwitz. Each pick up was very punctual and your employees were good at their jobs. I will definitely use your company if/when I return.

We would like to thank you for the excellent service you and your 2 drivers provided us whilst we stayed in Krakow. We are now home and I did give your details to others who stayed at the Kossack Hotel. I know they used you on the Tuesday to take them to Aushwitz and Birkenau.
