From emailing Peter to book the tour before we arrived in Poland and Martin picking us up on time at our hotel, we were greeted with nothing but helpful and friendly advice and assistance. Martin really looked after us and made our day brilliant! He was very polite, courteous and considerate of our needs. He spoke very good English! The car was lovely and it was lovely to be chauffer driven in style on such a wet and cold day. It was great to have some extra time in Auschwitz rather than have to be sure to catch the Shuttle bus where u was not guaranteed a seat etc. I would recommend Krakow Direct to anyone. Thanks to Martin for making our day so special! Very good price also!!!

Hello, My wife and I and two friends have just returned from a most enjoyable few days in Krakow during which you organised a day\'s tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau and the Salt mines for us. We had booked a pick up at the airport at arrival and a trip to Auschwitz the next day. The drivers was very punctual and friendly and spoke excellent English. Both the service, prices, cars and drivers was first class. Highly recommended.
