Peter, now that we have returned home, I just wanted to send a note to tell you how pleased my wife and I were with our services from KrakowDirect! We found all of your drivers to be friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and engaging - and good drivers, too! We were treated wonderfully by everyone from Martin greeting us on our arrival in Krakow, to almost a full day with Peter on our tour to Auschwitz, to our time with Jaro going to the salt mine. They helped us learn more about Poland and made our trip better. We appreciated them all. We will be glad to recommend KrakowDirect to our friends and colleague who may be going to Poland, and will definitely use you again on our next trip.

This took all the hard work out of our trip as this company is so well organised. They were there at the airport to greet us and from then on we knew they were reliable. Their organised tours were well planed and no time limit was put on us for any visit. All our drivers were good at speaking English which shows how bad us English are as we never take the trouble hardly to learn anything other than thank you in other languages. We could ask questions not just about what we saw but other things we were interested in like the price of Polish houses and wages which in truth was rather personal but we always received an answer. For being collected at the hotel door and dropped any place we wanted they were good value for money. We look forward to the next visit to Krakow and will certainly use the same hotel and tour guides. Thank you for making our stay so much more relaxed.

Four of us had a great trip to Krakow which was made even better because we used KrakowDirect.com for both our airport pick-up and drop off, plus trips to Auschwitz-Birkenau, The Salt Mine & Schindlers Factory. The drivers were always where they needed to be well before the alotted time, even though our flight arrived almost half an hour early. They were friendly, gave advice, and were very helpful when buying entry tickets to the attractions we visited. Well done to all of you, keep up the great service, highly recommended, and would definitely use again.

I just want to let you know that we have been extremely satisfied with the service provided by your company. Your drivers took great care of us, were very helpful and extremely polite. We had Jacob on Saturday for our tour and it was great to have him with us. I have some friends that are going to your beautiful city in November and they will use your services, based on our recommendation.

My daughter and I arrived home late Sunday night after a very meaningful trip to Poland. We are greatful to your dirver Andrew in helping us facilitate and locate the cemetery where my grandfather is buried as well as the family home in Sosnoweic. As for the actual gravesite which we we were not able to locate in the abesence of a monument since many were destroyed or sold or used for paving the road. Please accept my heartfelt and personal thanks.

Arrived back from Krakow yesterday and just wanted to write and thank the Krakow Direct team for helping to make our trip a success. The drivers we had were Matthew, Dominic and sorry cant remember the name of the driver for our John Paul II Tour. All drivers were polite, friendly and very helpful.
