We used Krakow Direct for transfers to and from the airport and also for a trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau. Their promptness was exceptional, you could have set your watch by them. The vehicles were clean and very comfortable and the drivers knowledgeable and very friendly and could speak good English. Would recommend this company to anyone travelling to Krakow and if we returned we would certainly use them again. Very impressed throughout so thank you.

Peter, now that we have returned home, I just wanted to send a note to tell you how pleased my wife and I were with our services from KrakowDirect! We found all of your drivers to be friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and engaging - and good drivers, too!
