Honestly, this service made our holiday! I booked the tour to Auschwitz with them for myself and three friends and then I realised I could book the airport transfers too. Everything was absolutely effortless! Michael met us at the airport, what a friendly guy with a great sense of humour, gave us loads of tips about Krakow, the sights, food, etc. Such lovely clean cars too! We were collected from our accommadation for our trip to Auschwitz, it was a very comfortable journey with a 15 minute video to prepare us for what we were going to see. At all times, we were looked after and guided to where we needed to be. I could not recommend this service enough and will definitely be using them again when I\'m back in Krakow. Such an effortless, stree-free holiday because of them. Thank you!

Hello, Just a quick note to inform you we really did enjoy your Auschwitz - Birkenau - Saltmine tour we participated last week. Most friendly driver and exquisite tour guides on field! Both guides were that much involved so that their way of explaining the facts did leave lots of impressions and things to think about. You could hear and feel that they did the guiding with their heart and it was far from just being a story they were telling for the 100th time... It did feel like every word they spoke touched them as much as it did to us!! Therefore I would appreciate if you were able you give our many thanks to Beata, who guided us through the Saltmine, and to the gentleman who took us on such an intriguing tour through Auschwitz and Birkenau. Great service ! Christopher our driver made everything fantastic for our group of four. He even had extra umbrellas for us as it was a very cold and rainy day. His helpful hints for not only Auschwitz but Schindlers Factory made it a fantastic journey ! ASK for Christopher to be your driver !!
