My daughter took me to Krakow last week for a birthday treat and we would like to say a big thank you to David who picked us up from the airport. He took us to Auschwitz then the following day we booked to go to Zakopane. David spoke excellent English and was very knowledgeable we cant believe how much we saw and did during our few days in Krakow he was on time for every pick up and gave us so much information. Please pass on our thanks to him.

Hallo:) We just want to say thank you to the driver who drove us from Krakow airport to zakopane Thursday 19 March and back sunday 22 March ! He was a very nice and politely guy:) we have used Krakow direct before and we where very satisfied last time also! Clean and fresh car and always in time!

My husband and I visited Krakow at the beginning of August 2013. From our airport transfer to our excursions arranged efficiently through Crystal Suites we were very impressed with the service and professionalism of the staff of Krakow Direct. In particular we would like to make mention of Marcin Nazimek who took us on an unforgettable trip to Zakopane. Marcin was informative, warm and friendly, an excellent guide and driver, who went out of his way explaining sights and history and stopping at places of interest and showing us the wonderful sights of Zakopane. An intelligent, well mannered young man who made our trip one of the highlights of our visit to beautiful Polska, Marcin is an asset to your company. We would not hesitate to recommend friends and family to use your company in the future. Thank you for the great service which we experienced.

Just back from a trip to Krakow with 13 friends. we used KrakowDirect for group trips to the salt mines Auschwitz and Zakopane as well as airport transfers. My wife and I also booked a personal rip to visit relatives. Very impressed with the service - punctual polite and very knowledgeable. Cars / minibuses immaculate. Have to single out Peter who drove us to visit relatives and came in with us for four hours and helped with translations as my Polish is very weak. Thanks guys!

Hi Peter, last year and now this year we have used Krakow direct for all our travel in Poland and when I am arranging a journey it is good to know we are using a company I can trust. We began on Thursday 19 July with your driver collecting us from Krakow airport and taking us to old town square your company then looked after our baggage for 5 hours before collecting us and taking us to Poronin near Zakopane today at 0730 you collected us and took us back to the airport. I do not normally write and thank people but I feel I must as once again your drivers spoke good English told us many things and were in the right place at the right time. See You next Year.

Dear Peter, I hereby post my very best recommendation of your services. In March, KrakowDirect took us to and from Zakopane in your comfortable minibusses. The two different drivers were very service-minded, telling us a lot about Poland. In addition, you were very flexible helping me getting hold of some lost items. Thank you! I have just returned from a fantastic holiday in Poland/Zakopane. This was in part thanks to the fantastic service of your company and drivers. Michal took us to Zakopane and gave us Polish lessons on route, Martin was very knowledgeable of Krakow on our return there and Lucas took us safely to the airport in a blizzard. All were on time in the right place and really looked after us. They were a credit to your company. I hope to use your company in future and would recommend them to others travelling to Krakow. Both drivers were exceptionally polite, smart and punctual and spoke excellent English (the latter a bonus but not a requirement for us when visiting a foreign country). The cars were very comfortable. It is without doubt the most professional transfer service I have used anywhere in the world.
