We booked two perfect organized tours (Auschwitz and Saltmines). Friendly driver, perfect guides and with great service. We recommend KrakowDirect !!

I booked the two camps and salt mines with yourselves and was very impressed with the complete tour from start to finish. We were collected from our hotel then stopped for dinner at a traditional Polish restaurant before going to the salt mines. Driver was very friendly and helpful and even asked us were we wanted to be dropped off at the end of the tour. Overall we had a very enjoyable experience seeing the sights and history of Poland.

Hi, Just wanted to give you some feedback regarding your service - it is faultless! From 1st making enquiries you answered all questions promptly and accurately. Nothing was too much trouble. The lady who returned the emails was Anna. It felt she was genuinely interested in me and my forthcoming trip. The driver arrived and introduced himself as Conrad. He was an absolute credit to you and your company. Clearly nothing was too much trouble, we asked many questions and he answered these. He was so pleasant. He also made sure nothing was a worry and. Saw us in. He was waiting for us and fitted into our plans for the day. I would strongly recommend that anyone visiting Krakow uses you as a company.
