What a great service got a transfer to and from our hotel then done auschwitz and the salt mines trip in one day! Our driver Christopher was really helpful and kind! Highly recommend

Great driver but I always forget names, (but he spoke a little Norsk) really great that you had reserved tables at the resturant for all of us, a nice surprise. Today we had the pleasure of being driven to and from the Wieliczka Salt Mines by your driver Lukasz Kajor. My girlfriend and I are travelling from Australia and Mr. Kajor gave us excellent, personal recommendations about the best restaurants, pubs, and attractions in Krakow, as well as an efficient round trip from our destination. We wish the very best for him in his studies as we know he is driving as both a part time job and to live out his passion for vehicles, and wish that he be recommended as one of your best drivers to many future passengers. Good morning, I wanted to say thank you. On the evening of the 21 June we were let down by our intended tour provider. As your office opened at 7:30 I called you. I spoke to a lady who managed to get us on a tour of Auschwitz and the Salt Mines for that day and a little over 20 minutes later we had been picked up. The whole day was fantastic and whilst we were able to say thank you to the driver, I did not get the chance to thank the lady on the phone. Please forgive my ignorance as I didn’t get your name, but you helped make a good trip into an amazing one and a bad experience with one company into a superb one with yours. Just wanted to say that we went on your Auschwitz-Birkenau tour today, 21 June. We were picked up from the Radisson Blu Hotel and the whole day with our guide was fantastic and well organized. But the star of the show was Michael/ Mikhael (hope I have the spelling correct) who was our driver. You cannot ask for a more dedicated and passionate person. He should be the guide for the whole day with his inspiring passion and incredible love and knowledge of Kraków and surrounds! Thank you very much and kind regards

Hi! I just wanted to pass on my gradiute towards your company and staff after our tour on Saturday 16th June. We booked last minute for the Auschwitz-Birkenau tour the day before. We were well informed by email and phone about the internery of the day and pick up. We were picked up right outside our apartment right on time in a fabulous spacey and fairly new Mercedes 6 seater by our lovely driver Jacob. The taxi bus then dropped us back to exactly where we wanted. We were blown away by how well organised and presented it was. Hi Magda, I just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our tour with you on 1/06/2018 Your staff couldn’t have been nicer, with Jora driving us around in such comfort and being so helpful and charming. Isobel Cox was our guide at Auschwitz and Birkenau her knowledge and compassion was so heartfelt and professional my friend who is a guide herself here in Ireland was most impressed too as was my teenage son who took it all in And at the salt mine Tom was wonderful too. The lunch was delicious. Thank you so much again, I will be recommending your company to everyone.
