Good afternoon Justyna, I just wanted to email to advise that the service we received from Kraków Direct was outstanding. Our flight on Saturday evening arrived 30 minutes early and your driver was still there to collect us .Again the driver arrived to collect us on Sunday morning for our Auschwitz tour promptly and the van was clean , comfortable with TV screen which worked perfectly .On our return to the airport your driver again arrived promptly, introduced himself and got us to the airport without any problems . All journeys we had booked with yourself went smoothly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kraków Direct to everyone and anyone visiting Kraków. Outstanding service which we appreciated very much and made our trip to Poland very enjoyable.

A quick note to say that all of the guides provided by Krakow Direct were excellent, and we will highly recommend the service to other travellers. We want to specifically mention Matthew, the young gentleman who guided us on the “food tour” on Monday, September 3. He was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and it was delightful to spend time with him. He was intuitive about our preferences. It was a special experience.
