Dear Kasia Just a quick note to say thank you very much for your assistance in organising these trips for us. Both went very well and we were impressed with the service given and assistance and extra information by the two different drivers we had. This was particularly helpful as I went with my elderly parents, so the extra attention to my mothers pace was much appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would not hesitate to recommend your services.

We went on the Krakov Salt Mine tour and everything was extremely well organised. The tour guide at the salt mine was very informative and the driver of the minibus was very courteous and helpful.

We have just returned from Krakow. We arranged airport transfers and a visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau. The drivers were punctual or early, polite and very professional. I had to change the booking twice due to accommodation changes by booking.com. However the customer services manager (Mariana) was very patient and forwarded the new confirmation very quickly. A great service and I will recommend you to anyone visiting Krakow in the future. Thank you.

Myself and my boyfriend booked the combined Salt Mines and Auschwitz Camp private tour in 1 day. Michael was our driver for the day and we couldn\'t recommend him more. He gave us so much information and was so helpful throughout the day and so accommodating. He was so lovely and made our trip an amazing experience. Excellent tour guides in both sites would highly recommend.

Thank you to Jacob for a wonderful trip on saturday 25th may to auschwitz and salt mines. Nice touch to have a table booked in a restaurant at the salt mines so we could have a meal. Would recommend this service, top class.

Used your company 15th to 19th May. Trip to Auschwitz and The Salt mine. Paul was our Driver to Auschwitz and Thomas was the driver to the salt Mine. They were both fantastic. Very polite and helpful. Very friendly. Both trips were amazing. Our transfers to and from the airport were on time even though our plane was late arriving. Both drivers were helpful and courteous. Will most certainly use your service again next time my wife and I visit Krakow. Thank You.
