All our group have returned home after a very enjoyable trip to Krakow. On behave of our group I would like to thank ye on yer professional service. We did two transfers and three tours with numerous vehicles and drivers. All your vehicles were spotlessly clean, all drivers and we never had the same drivers were professional, informative , helpful and friendly. So as I said on behave of group, I just like to say thank you,

I wanted to say a huge thanks for all your help in making our trip to Krakow such a special one. From the efficient, polite, super helpful drivers and tour guide to the office support staff that coordinated all the trips, we can’t thank you enough! We had the most amazing time ever and I know that was down to your support in getting everything organised for us, it was seamless and you should all be very proud of yourselves. Please pass on our thanks to the drivers too and look forward to seeing them next year as we’re returning to stay in Zakopane at the same time.

Today we visited Auschwitz, we were driven by Christopher who was fantastic. He gave us lots of advice and recommendations for our stay in Krakow. He went above and beyond to be help throughout the whole excursion. This man is a great ambassador for Krakow direct and would recommend him to anyone who wanted to receive first class service! Thank you for a wonderful day.

I came to Krakow at the star of December with a group of friends. We were met at the airport by one of your drivers Lukaz (hope I have spelt that right) he was very friendly and shook hands with each of us, on the way to the hotel he talked about our holiday and pointed out places where we could eat and places to visit. We booked to go to Auschwits, Lukaz arranged this for us and arranged that he would be our driver on the day. He booked us up at the arranged time and on the journey he chatted and pointed out places of interest at the end of the day we asked if he could drop us off at the Jewish quarter which he did and showed places where we could eat. On our last day some of our group returned home on the morning and had a different driver on the airport transfer and so we could not than

Hi myself my husband and two friends experienced the salt mines and auswitch private tour yesterday. Our driver was Christopher and although i don\'t usually leave reviews he was so outstanding that we felt we must feedback! He was punctual attentive and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend your company and in particular Christopher! All in all an excellent trip which was certainly value for money.

We just got back from our tour of Auschwitz and the Salt Mines, and I would like to say that it was an absolutely fabulous experience. It was very well organized, and our driver, Lukasz, was amazing - extremely sweet, thoughtful and informative. Thanks very much for this experience.

Thankyou to your company for the very efficient,friendly,safe and well organised service you provided for our short trip to Krakow. It was my first visit to Poland and travelling alone with my 15year old daughter I wanted to feel safe. As soon as we were met at the airport I knew we were in safe hands. Matthew was brilliant and told us all the sights as we drove from the airport. He confirmed our pick up time for our trip the following day and suggested bringing some food as it would be a long day. Ziggy picked us up spot on time the following day for our long day to Auschwitz and the Salt Mines. He greeted us with a huge smile and made sure we were all ok throughout the day.
