Hi! I just wanted to pass on my gradiute towards your company and staff after our tour on Saturday 16th June. We booked last minute for the Auschwitz-Birkenau tour the day before. We were well informed by email and phone about the internery of the day and pick up. We were picked up right outside our apartment right on time in a fabulous spacey and fairly new Mercedes 6 seater by our lovely driver Jacob. The taxi bus then dropped us back to exactly where we wanted. We were blown away by how well organised and presented it was. I will be recommending this company to my friends and family when they come to visit! Kind regards, A very happy customer

Hi Magda, I just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our tour with you on 1/06/2018 Your staff couldn’t have been nicer, with Jora driving us around in such comfort and being so helpful and charming. Isobel Cox was our guide at Auschwitz and Birkenau her knowledge and compassion was so heartfelt and professional my friend who is a guide herself here in Ireland was most impressed too as was my teenage son who took it all in And at the salt mine Tom was wonderful too. The lunch was delicious. Thank you so much again, I will be recommending your company to everyone.

Last Sunday I was being driven by one of your drivers – unfortunately I can´t remember his name – but he picked me up in Czestochowa and drove me to Krakow Airport. He was very punctual – he actually came before time. His English was excellent, which made it possible for me to have an enjoyable talk with him. Two weeks ago I got a ride with a man who I had to ask whether he could stop the car since I was getting car sickness due to his driving, so I was a bite worried about booking at KrakowDirect. Dear Krakow Direct, Just wanted to send our deepest thanks for making our visit to Krakow so special via your tours. Our short break started with an efficient airport pickup by Thomas. Simon was there on promptly on Friday morning to take us to Auschwitz and the Salt Mines, followed by Tom on the Saturday who took is to the Polish Air Force museum and Schindler’s factory tour. All capped off with Matthew’s transfer back to the airport on Sunday evening! All provided friendly, excellent service using modern comfortable vehicles, well done Krakow Direct! Myself and my daughter were recently in Kraków last week and we used your company for airport transfers and a full day trip to auschwitz and salt mines and the driver was excellent. Hi I would like to thank you for the trip you arranged for us over the Easter period. From beginning to end it was handled in a very professional way.
