I just wanted to write to thank your team most sincerely for arranging this Salt Mine Tour for us. The arrangements you made went off very smoothly and efficiently. We were picked up from our hotel at the time stated and your colleague Martin drove us safely to the Salt Mine and ensured our tour guides were ready and available. Please pass on our sincere thanks to Martin for doing such an excellent job - were were very impressed by his professionalism and efficiency. Both the disabled and the normal tour were amazing and we were all so glad we had made the visit - and especially glad to have done so with such a well-organized and professional company. We will be happy to pass on your company details to any friends thinking of making a visit to Krakow in the knowledge that the will be well looked after. I just wanted to write and thank your company for an absolutely wonderful tour of Auschwitz and the Salt Mine when we visited on 27th March. Both my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed every part of the day, from the drivers, to the guide and the trip home again. I really cannot praise you enough and have replicated this on Trip Advisor. We will return to Krakow and definitely use you again- we have also recommended you to friends and family, who intend travelling to visit Krakow soon.

Hi Peter, Thank you for your assistance with our recent tip to krakow, everything went like clockwork! Our three Drivers Christopher Martin and Peter were brilliant and looked after us really well giving us plenty of information and enjoyable conversations! Martin had to keep us entertained for the whole day on our visit to Lamsdorf and I thought he was very helpful and considerate in his efforts to show us as much of the history and layout of the camp as he could this was much appreciated ! Peter was excellent on the trip to Auschwitz/Birkenau and salt mines looked after us and made sure everyone new exactly what was happening, again giving us plenty of information and conversation. and the guide in Auschwitz/Birkenau gave us incredible amount of information about the history of the camp. The courtesy, efficiency and professionalism shown by the three of them is a credit to your company. Also thank you Peter for all your help and efficiency right from the start- You do what you say! I will have no hesitation in recommending yourself and your company to anyone in the future.

Hello, I would like to let you know that our stay in Krakow was very pleasant. All the tours that were arranged with your company (Auschwitz, Salt mine, transfer airport) were perfectly organised.The drivers and the guides were very friendly and spoke English very well. When friends of us want to visit Krakow and Auschwitz, we will definitely recommend your company!
