Hello, Just to say a big thank you to all at Krakow Direct . Mathew was our driver for the Camp and Salt Mine Tour on Thursday . From pick up to drop off Mathew was helpful and informative , prompt and courteous to the four ladies in our group . We would highly recommend the service of Krakow Direct to anyone travelling to Krakow.

Hi Peter. We\'re home now, from an wonderful trip to beautiful Krakow, and I just wanted to email you to say thanks. The service from you guys was amazing, first class, and people could not have been more helpful. The driver, Peter, who took is to Auschwitz/Birkenau and the Wieliczka Kopalnia soli was fantastic, he made everything so clear and looked after us every step of the way. All was well and we had a great day (as great as such a place can be, anyway!). We hope to return to Krakow at some point, as we didn\'t get to see everything we would have liked to, due to time constraints, and I will definitely use your company again and recommend you to anyone else travelling there. Thnak you again for helping to make our trip so enjoyable, much appreciated! :-)

They were very knowledgeable about Krakow and Poland in general which was very helpful and interesting to us. I just wanted to write and thank your company for an absolutely wonderful tour of Auschwitz and the Salt Mine when we visited on 27th March. Both my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed every part of the day, from the drivers, to the guide and the trip home again. I really cannot praise you enough and have replicated this on Trip Advisor. We will return to Krakow and definitely use you again- we have also recommended you to friends and family, who intend travelling to visit Krakow soon.

Hi Peter, Thank you for your assistance with our recent tip to krakow, everything went like clockwork! Our three Drivers Christopher Martin and Peter were brilliant and looked after us really well giving us plenty of information and enjoyable conversations! Martin had to keep us entertained for the whole day on our visit to Lamsdorf and I thought he was very helpful and considerate in his efforts to show us as much of the history and layout of the camp as he could this was much appreciated ! Peter was excellent on the trip to Auschwitz/Birkenau and salt mines looked after us and made sure everyone new exactly what was happening, again giving us plenty of information and conversation. and the guide in Auschwitz/Birkenau gave us incredible amount of information about the history of the camp. The courtesy, efficiency and professionalism shown by the three of them is a credit to your company. Also thank you Peter for all your help and efficiency right from the start- You do what you say! I will have no hesitation in recommending yourself and your company to anyone in the future.
