We used Krakow Direct for two visits to Krakow and the surrounding area. On the most recent visit, in 2019, we used Krakow Direct for airport transfers, a Czestochowa visit, and a custom-tailored research/trip to Szczawnica and Zacopane to locate relatives. Magda was great in offering us a unique experience and her communications were prompt and detailed. Dominic and Peter were great drivers, offering us historical and current information about the areas visited. I would definitely recommend Krakow Direct, and will use them again on our next trip to Krakow!

Dear KrakowDirect I just wanted to give you two thumbs up. Last Sunday I was being driven by one of your drivers – unfortunately I can´t remember his name – but he picked me up in Czestochowa and drove me to Krakow Airport. He was very punctual – he actually came before time. His English was excellent, which made it possible for me to have an enjoyable talk with him. Two weeks ago I got a ride with a man who I had to ask whether he could stop the car since I was getting car sickness due to his driving, so I was a bite worried about booking at KrakowDirect. Our flight was delayed and the driver determined our arrival time without us having to keep up with it. We were picked up on time at the airport and taken to Czestochowa in May, 2013. Our driver, Marcin, was very informatiive, helpful, friendly and courteous. He was most gracious in attending to all our needs. I highly recommend the services provided.
