A one-way ride to Auschwitz Birkenau takes around 1 hour 10 minutes. On our private day tours, we also guarantee door-to-door pickup and drop-off. We will pick you up directly from your hotel. Pick-up time is usually set between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m, but it is quite flexible.
Once in Auschwitz, our group tours joins one of the regular guided tours in English or other languages organised by the museum. A guided tour in Auschwitz takes up to 2 hours. Another part of the camps, Birkenau is situated around 3 km further, and this distance can be covered with our car. In Birkenau visitors spend 1 – 1.5 hours. On our private tour you have an opportunity to decide whether you want to join a regular guided tour in the museum or have a private guided tour up on request. You can also choose to walk on your own.
Some regulations apply in Auschwitz Birkenau. Your carry-on cannot exceed the dimensions of 30 x 20 x 10 cm. Visitors are also required to behave respectfully. Taking pictures is generally allowed, with a few exceptions. There is no limitation regarding the age of visitors to Auschwitz Birkenau. However, we do not recommend visiting with children under 14 years old due to the dreadful character of the place. Also, some areas are not accessible with baby pushchairs and by wider wheelchairs. The museum, however, provides some facilities for visitors with mobility problems. It is possible to borrow a substitute wheelchair of size allowing you to move around the grounds and buildings. Our customer service will help you to arrange the substitute wheelchair upon request prior to the tour.
After your visit to Auschwitz Birkenau our driver will take you to Schindler’s Factory. Lunch break can be organised on your way upon request. We can also arrange lunch boxes to have on your way. The cost of lunch in a restaurant or lunch boxes is not included in the price.
The Original Schindler’s Factory has been turned into a modern museum dedicated to the history of Krakow and its citizens (Poles and Jews) during the World War II. Several exhibition halls are divided depending on the theme. Exhibitions are mostly interactive, so visitors often walk on their own. However, visiting the museum with a guide is highly recommended as it provides you with a comprehensive history lesson and many interesting facts connected with the Schindler’s Factory. Visitors usually spend around 1.5 hour in Schindler’s museum.

There are two payment methods available. You can pay online while booking our services via our website or in cash to the driver. We prefer cash payments in Polish zlotys, but we also accept Euros, Pounds and U. S. Dollars. The amount in foreign currency is calculated accordingly to the current exchange rate, but our driver gives the change in Polish zlotys.
