Czestochowa Black Madonna tour

On our tour to Czestochowa You will explore the spiritual capital of Poland with the Pauline Monastery located on the hill of Jasna Gora. It is the home of the famous painting of the Black Madonna which has a miraculous reputation. Millions of pilgrims come to visit Czestochowa every year. Small 15th century Gothic chapel with the Black Madonna holy picture is the heart of the sanctuary. It a part of Baroque church built in 1695. The fine 105 meters high tower gives a phenomenal view of the area. The adjacent 17th century Baroque monastery contains the Great Refectory built in 1644, the Knight Hall of 1647, and the 18th century library with huge collection of old books. Fortifications were finished in 1643 after 28 years of building works.

Our Private Tour to Czestochowa takes about 8-9 hours, but it is all up to YOU how much time you wish to spend in our Spiritual Capital. On the way back from the Sanctuary we will follow the Eagles’ Nest Trail upon request. We usually arrange pick up time at around 8 - 10 a.m. but we are flexible. The Ride with our English - speaking driver lasts for about 2 h each way - the remaining time in Czestochowa is yours. You may have a lunch if You wish at the Tour destination – our driver is at your disposal all the time. After the tour we will drop you off at your hotel or wherever you wish to.
