I visited Krakow for three days this week and used the services of Krakow Direct-twice for visits to Auschwitz-Birkenau and the Salt Mines. I am pleased to report that the whole experience was very impressive, from the original research via their website; the ease of booking; the promptness of the pick ups; the vehicles; the friendliness of the drivers; the clear explanations given on what to expect on the tours and finally the guides themselves - especially Evelyn on the Auschwitz-Birkenau tour. Their may be cheaper options but based on my brief experience I am confident you would not regret using Krakow-Direct, indeed I think you too will be very satisfied just as my daughter and I were.
