Don’t miss the opportunity to participate in one of the biggest International Festivals of Independent Cinema in Europe! Off Camera is distinguished by unique, unknown independent movies and extremely high awards. 10 best movies from around the world compete for the main Krakow Festival Award – 100 thousand dollars!

This year’s edition will present five new movie sections. It includes gangster and cap movies, films about remaking the world and reality or movies addressing the problem of social inequality. All projections will be displayed in Krakow atmospheric arts cinemas, as well as in outdoor cinemas.

XXV International Jazz Festival “Young and Old”

Fresh, talented musicians full of new inspirations will perform right next to legendary figures of jazz scene. “Young and Old” Festival in Krakow confronts two or even three generations of best jazz musicians. The festival  has received UNESCO’s patronage within the confines of World Jazz Day.

The biggest star of this year’s edition will be John McLaughin – 77 years old legendary guitarist. He is a multiple “Guitarist of the Year”, “Best Jazz Guitarist” and a winner of Grammy award. His former band – Mahavishnu Orchestra is one of the most popular fusion of Western and Eastern music in the world.

Ticket prices starts from 30 PLN up to 200 PLN, depending on a concert.

Cracow Art Week

Krakers is the most exciting event for all art lovers in town. It’s the whole week devoted to art galleries that will exhibit over 70 innovative exhibitions and vernissages. You’ll have a chance to see unique artworks presented through the new media and see ideas of using of artificial intelligence in art. Moreover, you’ll meet plenty interesting people and exchange your ideas with them.

This year’s edition is inspired by the 50th anniversary of the first man in the moon and by the explosive growth of technology in the last 50 years. Beside exhibitions and vernissages, Crackers Art week offers numerous workshops, walks with experts, lectures, panel discussions and even science fiction shows! Are you ready for artistic space travel?

According to Polish government's decision Poland restores full border traffic within the internal borders of the European Union, so there will be no border controls introduced in March. From now on, the services present at the border will only carry out random checks.

This means that from Saturday 13 June it will be possible to freely cross the internal borders of the European Union. Citizens of the European Union will be able to enter Poland without any obstacles, without having to quarantine.

International flights are planned to be restored from June 16th.
