Just wanted to thank you for the tour and in particular wanted to mention Michael who drive us there and back. He was very friendly and helpful, explaining everything clearly about where to go on arrival and departure. He also gave us extra information in addition to the video that was played on the way there. He did this in a way that was respectful to the nature of the visit but was also positive.

We are back in Denmark from our trip from Krakow. We would like to say that we are very satisfied your company, Everything was done very professionally, also the guide was very good. We were very impressed by the driver Michael. He was on time both days and was waiting by the car that was cooled by aircondition. He handlet the tickets and followed us all the way and was waiting for us when finish. He was also a good guide and told us about the sites on the way. We are very satisfied with your company and we will recommend you to all we know who are going to Krakow. We are going back to back to krakow and will contact you next time.

Arrived back from Krakow yesterday and just wanted to write and thank the Krakow Direct team for helping to make our trip a success. The drivers we had were Matthew, Dominic and sorry cant remember the name of the driver for our John Paul II Tour. All drivers were polite, friendly and very helpful. Hi, I would like to thank you for our trips. It was our first time we had visited Poland, our first trip was to Auschwitz and the salt mine, ,the driver called Jacob was amazing he was on time ,very helpful,full of information,made both trips a wonderful experience that we will never forget,the next day we had another driver called Jacob who took us on the John Paul ll route, who was really good to very kind and also made this another wonderful experience. I have recommend your company to lots of people and when i come back to Poland I will use your company again.
