On behalf of myself and the others members of my group, may I pass on my sincere thanks to all the staff of Krakowdirect for the helpfulness and efficiency. In particular to all the drivers. Lucas collected us from the airport and was there waiting although we were about two hours late, he gave us advice where to find nice restaurants, etc. The trip to Auschwitz was very interesting and the driver even loaned his coat to one of our party due to a sudden downpour. I will have no hesitation to recommend your company to any of my friends who will no doubt visit your city in the near future.
